David is an experienced trial lawyer and provides business counsel to corporate clients and the executives who run them. His work focuses on contract disputes, contract drafting and negotiation, business divorces, business creation; LLC, corporate and partnership formation; business agreements; IP, confidentiality and noncompete protection; leases; contracts; and all other legal needs of dynamic enterprises.

Before starting Sanchez Medina, David worked in the Chambers of the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio, where his work helped shape the legal landscape in South Texas. He has worked on high-profile personal injury and business lawsuits alongside many of South Texas’s leading trial attorneys. Beyond law, David is the a partner in a design studio and music production and management company.

David is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
